Hi, I'm Tanmay. I'm a design manager with 10 years across enterprise platforms, customer experiences, and self-service retail.

I care about the same thing at every altitude: translating business and operational complexity into experiences people can actually use.

At Cognizant I lead design for an AI platform used by 14,000+ agents across 11 brands, and the 12-person team behind it. I joined as its only designer, so most of what exists there got built along the way: the product thesis, the design system layer, the way the team works.

I still design. I prototype in React and ship my own products end to end. Earlier in my career I built enterprise design systems and self-service stores that went into national retail chains.
